Divya Chikan Embroidered Saree

Rooted in tradition, layered in artistry — the Divya Saree is a delicate interplay of shadow and shimmer, echoing the quiet grace of Awadhi craftsmanship. It pays homage to the age-old technique of Chikankari, while seamlessly weaving in embellishments that glisten like temple lights at dusk.

Crafted in ivory silk georgette, the saree carries the soul of Lucknow in every stitch — bakhia, tepchi, phanda, and fine jaaliwork forming a diagonal border of intricate florals and delicate geometry. Each thread feels like memory, etched softly into the weave.

Accentuated with Swarovski crystals, translucent bugle beads, and matte ivory sequins, the embroidery takes on a gentle luminosity. Threaded throughout are hints of dull gold Zardosi and ruby red resham, blending regality with restraint. A deep ruby silk satin banding finishes the edges, adding richness to the otherwise ethereal ivory.

Paired with a sculpted halter blouse in cutwork applique, this ensemble brings tradition into today — quietly luxurious, unmistakably rooted.

Over 1400–1600 hours of handwork by Payal Jain’s Aadira artisans breathe life into this piece. The Divya Saree isn’t just draped — it’s worn like a memory, passed down, and remembered long after the moment has passed.
